Nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the hills of the Var region, the Tournels wine estate boasts a terroir of sandy-loam (well-drained soil) and schist (dry and mineral): a rich combination that yields elegant, fruity, and refreshingly vibrant wines.
The Mediterranean climate, warm in summer and mild in winter, with abundant sunshine and frequent winds, is also ideal for grape growing.

AOP Côtes de ProvenceThe Tribute range – Les Tournels is a family story, that of the Bologna family. The Cuvée Marie-Nicole is a tribute to Marie-Nicole, who celebrated her 100th birthday in 2024. She and her husband, Angelin, were instrumental in the construction of the Tournels wine estate in the 1930s.
The Rosé – The “Marie-Nicole Rosé” cuvée reflects the Domaine’s expertise, as it is a rosé partially vinified in oak barrels. A rare occurrence for a rosé, this aging process imparts subtle notes of vanilla and red fruit on the palate, with a hint of toasty oak.
The White – Since 2025, Marie-Nicole has been available as a white wine: a 100% Rolle varietal aged in oak barrels. Its beautiful aromatic complexity of spices and vanilla is every bit as impressive as its sister wine.
This elegant and bold range – whose limited edition bottles are numbered – is the ideal partner for special occasions or fine dining.

AOP Côtes de ProvenceThe signature range – “Tournels” is the Domaine’s flagship wine: a blend of finesse and elegance, presented in its iconic spiral bottle, created over 60 years ago by the Bologna family.
The rosé – A typical Provençal rosé combining Grenache, Syrah, Rolle, and Cinsault, distinguished by its balance and remarkable aromatic complexity. Awards have poured in for this 2024 vintage: Gold Medal at the Vinalies Internationales World Rosé Competition / Gold Medal at the Independent Winegrowers Competition / Gold Medal at the Brussels World Wine Competition / Bronze Medal at the Paris International Agricultural Show.
The white – 100% Rolle, “Tournels en Blanc” boasts a beautiful aromatic complexity that opens with notes of exotic fruits. A premium wine that pairs delicately with white meats and fish.
Awards for the 2024 vintage: Gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

AOP Côtes de ProvenceThe perfect wine for enjoyment – Available in rosé, white, and red, the “Rayne” range is a must-have.
In white and rosé, it delights with its freshness and luscious palate, making it ideal as an aperitif or with everyday enjoyment. The red, with its vibrant attack, pleases lovers of fine meats and barbecues.

Lou Pous
IGP VarBeyond Provence – The Lou Pous range – meaning “the well” in Provençal – is available in red, white, and rosé. Using flavorful grape varieties not commonly found in Provence – such as Muscat for the white and Merlot for the rosé – Lou Pous wines are presented under the IGP Var designation.
The wines in this range are fresh, easy-drinking, and best enjoyed young. They are the perfect accompaniment to summer aperitifs and seasonal platters.

Haut des Tournels
AOP Côtes de ProvenceThe prestige red – Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, “Les Hauts des Tournels” is a powerful and elegant red wine that showcases a characterful grape variety widely grown in Provence: Syrah (complemented by Grenache).
Powerful and elegant, the palate opens with aromas of cherry and cocoa, enhanced by a delicate touch of oak.
With its supple tannins, Les Hauts des Tournels is a wine for aging, best enjoyed with meats (duck breast, wild boar stew, etc.), aged cheeses, or dark chocolate and red fruit desserts.

Muscat by L. Bologna
IGP VarThe Original – This unique wine showcases the aromatic Muscat grape. Made from small-berried Muscat Blanc grapes, this elegant wine, with its lovely freshness and subtle sweetness, is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs and desserts.
A full-bodied and smooth wine, slightly sweet, that highlights a rather rare grape variety in the Var region, cultivated on the Domaine: Muscat.

Available in 3 and 5-liter bottles, in two colors: Rosé and Red. These are blended wines, featuring the estate’s main grape varieties (Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Tinbouren, Ugni Blanc), and are Côtes de Provence AOP wines.
IGP Var
Available in 5 and 10-liter bottles, in White, Rosé, and Red. These are blended wines, featuring the estate’s main grape varieties: Grenache, Muscat, Merlot, and Ugni Blanc. These are Var IGP wines.

who make our wine
From vine cultivation to final blending in the cellar, and including sales to our partners, a passionate team is involved year-round in crafting our wines. This expertise has been passed down for four generations at Domaine des Tournels.
Pierre Pardini11 grape varieties are grown on the estate, with 85% of production focused on rosé, primarily under the Côtes de Provence appellation. Thanks to the hard work of our teams, we are proud to produce complex and aromatic wines that have received numerous awards in 2025. Other, more unique wines are also available to discover, such as “Chardonnay” and “Muscat by L. Bologna”.
