Cuvée Spéciale – Blanc 2022

The Cuvées “SPECIALE” range consists of our high-end cuvées. Presented in the iconic bottle created by the BOLOGNA family, they come from the best select parcels. This results in the highest quality wines with a lovely aromatic complexity, which have a long and persistent finish.

A single varietal cuvée, the Rolle grape, converted into wine in oak casks, using temperature controlled fermentation with wine-making taking 5 months. Pale yellow colour with silvery reflections. Fresh apricot and melon crumble nose, with gourmet hints of vanilla. Upon agitation, delicate aromas of fresh figs are revealed. A supple attack opening onto a lovely balanced mid-palate, which is entirely light. A somewhat round finish, on notes of jasmine.
