“Les Hauts des Tournels” cuvée is distinguished by its complex and aromatic character: perfect for enjoying at your finest meals or special occasions.

Winemaking: Traditional vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging: Approximately 8 months, partly in barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks with staves.
Color: Garnet color.
Nose: Reveals toasty/roasted notes (coffee), licorice, and red fruit.
Mouth: Full and elegant, the palate opens with red fruit (cherry), enhanced by notes of licorice. Supple and light tannins, freshness with a beautiful, lingering finish.
