Chardonnay 2022 By Laurent Bologna

Some Chardonnay in Ramatuelle, it’s what we needed to complete our range at the Domaine des Tournels. Harvested during the first week of August, this wine is totally defined by the grape variety’s typical aroma. The nose is on white-fleshed fruits such as green apple or white peach and exotic notes. The mouth shows a beautiful freshness followed by a long and persistent presence. “Elegance is combined with finesse”.

It’s a wine which can simply be enjoyed as an aperitif, or paired with a plate of cold board like charcuterie or even a salad of salmon and surimi.
